For the best wash experience, please remember:

  • Detach any accessories that might come loose during the wash
  • Follow any instructions from our team members
  • Put your car in Neutral
  • Keep your foot off the brake and hands off the steering wheel
  • Follow directional signage when exiting the tunnel

Although our wash is safe and Two Thumbs Up Express Car Wash does care about you, we are not responsible for:

  • Antennas
  • Bug Shields
  • Luggage Racks
  • Running boards
  • Wipers
  • Vehicles with pre-existing damage
  • Any non-factory installed items
  • Vehicles with expired manufacturer’s warranty

We automatically charge your credit card each month

  • You may cancel at anytime with no penalty or fees
  • Monthly wash plans are per vehicle and for personal use only
  • Uber, Lyft, taxis, limos, and commercial vehicles are not eligible for standard monthly pricing, special programs are available
  • We reserve the right to terminate membership at any time and for any reason including excessive use
  • Prices subject to change

What vehicles do you not wash?

  • Vehicles that are too high, 7’ 6″ maximum clearance
  • Vehicles with lowered suspensions or extra wide tires
  • Vehicles with caked on mud
  • Vehicles with 5th wheels
  • Vehicles with body damage, loose parts or trim, or after market accessories
  • Dually trucks
  • Open bed pickup trucks with any loose items and/or debris. Bed must be completely cleared prior to washing
  • Trucks with racks or hitches of any type

We reserve the right to refuse to wash any vehicle that we determine at our sole discretion may experience damage or cause damage to our machinery or other vehicles.
